I have a couple of questions about HpV and cervical cancer I wondered if anyone on here knew the answers to ?
DD has just had her HPV vaccine but I've just read a much better vaccine is being rolled out from Sept. Is it worth me paying to get her this ? (And can I or does she have to be 18?)
I tested neg for HPV on my last smear test - that was all they checked . I am single - the test was agony as I am now menopausal and I don't plan to have anymore tests. I have had cancer so I'm not being blasé but I simply cannot tolerate that pain . If I am HPV neg does that mean my risk is very low. I would get the vaccine if I was thinking about having another partner .
