What did life look like for you two years ago?

I was wondering and if I’m honest to my shame really hoping they’d close the schools (in a very difficult personal situation.) Listened to the news a lot. Life was just starting to change.

I'd just come back from London mini break. Came back with the a stinking cold, and work were like is that this coronavirus???

The next week we were all on tenterhooks wondering if and when schools would close and figuring out how clinically vulnerable i was

I was in early labour with my third and I had just spoken to my grandma on the phone. What I would do to go back and be able to speak to her again, she died later that year. My gran didnt meet dd till she was over 4 months old - when I say meet we sat two meters in her garden (I ended up in hosptail for a week with an infection by the time I got out lockdown was starting to happen).

My hubby had started a new job, life was so promising when I stroked my bump and pictured her life two years later this new world we live in certainly was far from my mind.
