Why Abramovich has not been sanctioned yet?
Obviously it is a rethorical question.
Roman Abramovich (along with the rest of Russian oligarchs) is synonymous of corruption.
Corruption is like cancer. Once it gets in the system, it spreads slowly, without anybody noticing. It needs to be removed before it is too late.
Is it too late for the UK?
