Classic anxiety dreams… what are yours?

I’ve had a few common ones - trying to find a toilet etc.

But a recurring one for me over the last couple of years is this:

I’m somewhere other than home, with my family. We’ve been staying, or even temporarily living, in an apartment. And now it’s time to pack and go home. I’m worrying about managing to pack everything before the deadline.

In the dream it seems to be more a worry about people thinking badly of us for leaving our stuff, rather than worry about losing particular things, but the overwhelming feeling is “How the hell can we possibly pack all this and get home with it all?”

There’s often other stuff going on in the dreams too, but all the while I’m thinking “but I need to pack!”

Anyone want to share their usual anxiety dreams? Or analyse mine? :o

Definitely the crumbling teeth one - I wear a gum shield in bed as I grind them apparently!
Last night I dreamt I was bringing up parts of my windpipe or vocal cords - I’ve had covid recently in real life and lost my voice I coughed so hard , and it still hasn’t come back properly!

Always that I'm veering very close to being late for something, and I can't find my car keys to get there, or find an item I need for it, or I can't find one of my children when we need to leave urgently.
The panic wakes me up.

I mentioned my packing anxiety dream earlier in the thread, but I also have the pet one - I realise I've forgotten some pets (usually rabbits) and the fear they've died is terrible

I also get the phone one - usually involving my pets - I'm trying to ring the vet in an emergency but I keep pressing the wrong buttons.

It's amazing that so many of us have the same dreams!

I dream I have lots of rabbits (I did used to have as a child) and I've forgotten them. So I'm opening the door of the shed and having to check if they're dead or alive. Awful.

Mine over the past 4 years or so has always been I am flying dressed as an angel killing people with Putin and he is also killing people dressed in black and also flying, we both appear able to fly. We both have guns and appear to be killing anyone who has annoyed us but I appear to be following his orders and am being used as an angel I appear innocent. Twice in hospital after operations I have woken up and been with Putin as well but those were just for holidays. All a bit spooky now considering the news.

I think there was another thread about this a few weeks ago and I was surprised how many people had bad dreams about teeth.

Mine is not getting to places on time or not being able to find my way to or around places.
