I'm due to attend a big concert that was rescheduled twice due to Covid.
The new date falls on the Queens bank hol jubilee and I really don't want to travel to London over that weekend. I would rather get a refund and buy tickets closer to home.
Ticketmaster's refund policy states that only a prebooked event such as a wedding or holiday will be accepted as a reason for cancellation and evidence must be provided so can't do that.
There is no option to resell or swap via their website either.
How do I stand with selling them to a friend? Do they ask for ID that matches the name on the ticket? It's ages since I've been to a big concert so I can't remember!
