Best way to stop scarring?

Hello, injury with scabs that are leaving marks when they come off - does anyone know the best way/ any creams that can help minimise scarring? Many thanks

Massage a cream or oil into the scar. Bio oil sells itself for this but as far as I know any greasy cream will do the trick

Make sure the scab is properly ready to come off

Get the plasters that are moist wound healing - more expensive but good for this

Thank you - the plasters unfortunately won’t work as it’s on the face, but the creams will. I’ve been using an ointment but will look at bio oil

If you do get some raised scars (keloid), look at strataderm gel. Amazing stuff.
