@Canyouhearmehello - my tips:
Boil some water, put it in a saucepan, put a plate over the top and some foil over that. This will enable you to keep the pancake stack warm while you cook them all. You don't need any heat under the pan.
Use a good non stick pan, melt some butter into it, then pour it out into a little bowl or something. You aren't frying the pancakes, so not too much fat, just enough to lubricate the pan.
Use a ladle or big serving spoon to put the batter in the pan. This will enable you to get the amount consistent, but it will take you a couple of pancakes to get it right.
Pour some batter in, swirl it round to cover the pan. If there are holes, you can fill them in with a bit more batter and fill your ladle/spoon a bit more next time. If your pancake is too thick, use less batter 😊
When it's cooked enough on the bottom to slide about with a bit of loosening, give it a flip, either a full on pancake flip, or with a fish slice.
When it's cooked enough on the other side, pop your pancake on the plate and cover it with the foil.
Repeat til you've used all the batter.
When the pan looks a bit dry, brush on some more melted butter, not too much!
Hope that helps, remember that the first one is always a dud!
