Definitely the room above jack's bar, as long as he wasn't in sight. If ever a man made everything into hard work!

I must be missing something (like the river?) on the map!! Jack's Bar is on the river's edge so is the white road actually a white river?

But in terms of houses I'm stuck between Jack's room above the bar (views and food on tap!); Mel's cabin (cute and cosy but maybe in the shade all the time?) and Doc's house (big family home but who would clean it??)
