What time would you book hair/make up for a 3pm wedding?

Wedding is at 3, it is about 40 minutes away so we'll aim to leave at 2.

What time should I try and book hair and make up for? I've never had it done before.

Allow an hour for each plus time to get in your dress. Getting in your dress depending on style will take longer than you think.

I think mine came about 11.30am. Looking back about 10.30/11 might have been better just so had more time to relax and do photos etc!

I'm not the bride! Just a guest.

I would ask when you enquire about booking. Makeup can take around 45 mins, hair I suppose depends on how elaborate you want to be.
I would want to aim to be done by one so probably starting latest 11

I’d say about 11, home about 12, do hair and get dressed. It will last all day anyway, I had my make up done for a wedding and it looked at good at 1am as it did at 1pm when
I had it done, it was like magic!

I’d book for 11.

45 minutes for hair and the same for Make up. This means you should be done by 12.30 which gives you time to get home, eat and changed without rushing.
