"Not the moment" doesn't seem to quite cover it.

I imagine they will go up, along with everything else. But it's crass to discuss that when we aren't the ones having our homes blown up.

I saw this headline earlier and it reminded me of the kind of parody Private Eye does in their funnies. Breathtakingly crass of the Times.

To be fair to the journo, there will be plenty thinking the same thing. The same type of people that will also have exploited the pandemic to make massive profits, often at the expense of other people's misery.
