I’ve been taking test and getting positive results but I’ve been getting back ache and period simptoms I’m so confused?

Yes, they can also be pregnancy symptoms, if you've had a positive test then you are. Congratulations.

Have you perhaps tried googling early pregnancy symptoms? Maybe have a quick read of the NHS pregnancy section? It might be time to start researching what to expect over the next 8 months or so

Back ache and period symptoms are pregnancy symptoms - I had both when I was newly pregnant. Congratulations!
