Ideas for cocktails with Peach juice… would this work?

I have cartons of peach juice (peach purée, water, sugar peach juice from concentrate, lemon juice from concentrate)that I need to use up. Could I make peach Bellini by using that with Prosecco??

I also have a bottle of orange vodka I need to use up, any suggestions for that?? Don’t want to have to buy loads of different ingredients so looking for something simple if poss….

Yes it would work, play around with different amounts of Prosecco.

@CrimbleCrumble1 could I get away with adding anything else or will that be ok?

Why don't you try a dash of the orange vodka in with the prosecco and peach? A bit like a gin fizz. (I also reckon the vodka might be nice with cranberry juice)

I’d drink it without anything else although I’ve made Bellinis and added elderflower cordial or lemon juice. There are lots of different recipes available.

You could have peach and prosecco. Prosecco and orange vodka. What I would do is mix everything together shake and drink.

I’m wondering also… the orange vodka, I could use that to make vodka sunrise?

Completely missing the point but where did you get the peach juice? DD had it abroad and fell in love with it...

Peach juice, a dash of orange vodka and topped up with prosecco should work well.

Another use for the orange vodka would be to drizzle it over ice cream, or orange and strawberries are a good combination so marinade strawberries in it with a little sugar for a couple of hours before eating.

Or make a version of butter cream with grated orange rind and orange juice, spread on hot pancakes and drizzle with the orange vodka for a simple Crepe Suzette ~~ ideal with Shrove Tuesday not too far away!!

That’s how I use peach juice. I tend to buy it over the summer for when we have people round as I hate Prosecco but it seems to be a popular drink - lots of people like having the peach in it. And the same for chambord!

Anything is nice with enough ice.
