We have a family history and I have to take quite a high daily dose of thyroxine. DD (now 7) was tested at 4 as she had some issues with lack of energy, joint pains and feeling cold, but her bloods came back ok. However, in the last year, her eczema has gotten considerably worse, she has become very anxious, and her hands are frequently freezing cold. Most alarmingly though, her hair has now started falling out 
We initially saw her dermatologist for the hair loss as we thought it was connected to he eczema, but the cream she gave hasn't helped. I have called her paediatric consultant and am waiting on an appointment to get her bloods done again but I was wondering if anyone has had a similar experience?
