Holiday ideas for march 2022 from london

Hi
I have a baby who will be 11 months in march and looking to book somewhere for the last week of march.
Any suggestions for something with a relatively short flight time (no more than 5 hours, ideally much less) and is also reasonably warm. Any recommendations for baby friendly hotels?

Roca Nivaria Gran hotel has a baby club and I’m pretty sure a couple of the pools are heated.

One of the pools at Roca Nivaria is heated yes.

I would also have a look at Baobab Suites. In Baobab Suites you can get an apartment with its own mini kitchen, terrace and (in some) a little pool which means you have a nice space to be in while your baby naps, and you can cook dinner or get room service once your baby is asleep. We went when dc2 was about 1 and it worked well for this reason. (The travel cot mattress was awful tho so if you go, take extra padding!!)

If your baby will sleep in a buggy in a restaurant while you eat dinner you have more flexibility but mine never would!

Hotel Suites Villa Maria might also be worth a look, again has s/c apartments but with hotel facilities
