16 weeks pregnant and worried

Hi, it's my first time using this. I'm 16 weeks pregnant and a little worried. I had my 13 week scan and everything was perfect, no concerns but I have been very lucky to not have any morning sickness through out the pregnancy or any other symptoms apart from fatigue. I feel completely normal if anything but I haven't felt any stretching pain, tugs or movement and no bump. I can't help but think something could be wrong? Has anyone else had anything similar? This is my first pregnancy as my others ended in ectopics. Xx

When I was pregnant with DS, I never had a bump and I had absolutely no symptoms for the entire pregnancy minus missed periods. Movements started at around 20 weeks for me. All pregnancies are different, congratulations on your pregnancy :)

Firstly congratulations. I bet you're having a boy. I swear they give you less symptoms. 😆 please don't worry. You're still only 16 weeks. 4 more weeks and you'll start to feel more. If you have a posterior placenta you'll start to feel flutters/kicks earlier than a anterior.
If you can't relax, maybe you could book a private scan. Perfect time for it and if you wanted to find out if you're having a boy or girl, they'll be able to tell at this point too.

That's perfectly normal for a first pregnancy, honestly.

I desperately wish women wouldn't worry about not having morning sickness or the classic pregnancy symptoms. They in no way indicate a healthy pregnancy, either way.

Op, I have two children, now adults, and I never had any pregnancy symptoms aside from a missed period and a growing tummy. No morning sickness, no fatigue, no sore breasts. Nothing, and everything was perfectly fine.

You're only 16 weeks, not having a bump is normal. Try not to worry. Enjoy this amazing time and be thankful you feel well.

Currently 16 weeks too and don't feel pregnant most of the time, I'm sure that will change in a few weeks x

I never had any pregnancy symptoms apart from fatigue until I was around 24 weeks and didn't start having a bump until around 20 weeks. I now have a lovely, healthy baby girl. Try your best to relax OP, I know it is difficult not to worry but you won't do yourself any good fretting. Give yourself some TLC and get ready for your little one to arrive. Congratulations Flowers

I remember times where I didn’t feel very pregnant in the early days. Enjoy it because you’ll soon be in the third trimester and struggling to get out of bed aha!

But if you are worried maybe book a private scan or something to put your mind at ease. I had a lot of anxiety during my pregnancy as it was my first and I didn’t know what to expect, so having a few extra scans really helped my mental well-being.

Wishing you a healthy pregnancy Flowers

I don't think you should be worried. It's normal to not have morning sickness. I didn't have any morning sickness when I was pregnant. I did have fatigue in the first trimester. I felt movements around 20 weeks. I miss those days! Enjoy it while you still can. It's going to be so different once you give birth.
