I've contacted all sorts of customs agencies and shipping companies and no-one can give me a straight answer so I so am hoping there is someone on here who knows what they are talking about!!
We are a UK company and our client is also a UK company. However they have sales reps in several companies in the EU who they have us print materials - booklets/leaflets and send over to them to be given out to healthcare professionals. These are given out free of charge.
We nor the client are unable to obtain an EU EORI number as we do not have any registered offices in the EU.
So we send soome printed leaflets to our UK clients sales rep in the EU. Customs keep holding it up asking for the sales rep to provide proof of purchase eg the payment coming out of his bank etc which obviously he doesnt have.
We invoice the customer but only after the goods have been delivered.
I just need somoeone to tell me how to get goods delviered to the EU when the buyer is not in the EU just a rep!!
