Hi, wondering if anyone can help
I don't enjoy life and don't enjoy being a mum. I don't have any friends and do have good family support but they aren't that close and have been unwell recently and don't see too often .
I had an extremely traumatic birth which took months to get over the shock. It still brings me to tears to think about it but it isn't PTsD as I don't have flashbacks, nightmares etc.
Could this be post natal deprsssion?
I've never enjoyed being a parent to be honest, don't feel it comes naturally to me and can't imagine how I'll do this for years to come...
