Can I make sweet cones 2 weeks in advance?

They'd be tied really tight with the ties.
Apart from tomorrow eve I really don't know when I'm going to have time to make 45 cones before the party.

I'm thinking it should be OK. No different to a shop /small Business having some pre made or a child receiving one but not eating for a week or 2?

If it would be a disaster then I don't know what to do short of putting dc extra in pre school one day as every evening we have stiff going on and every day up to the party.

I am going to say yes. My kids got some huge sweet cones Recently and as they are very young I rationed the sweets over a few weeks, I didn't even tie the bags up properly each time I took sweets out… And the sweets at the bottom were absolutely fine on the umpteenth week.

I would say yes but avoid smarties as they discolour quite quickly in my experience.

Brilliant thank you, that was my line of thinking the dcs got some for Xmas and I'm pretty sure my mum got them a week or 2 before and they didn't even open them till last week, as I'd put in the alcohol cupboard for some reason!
