I’ve over marinated my chicken, can you salvage something too lemony!?

Well I haven’t yet but by 4pm tomorrow when I get back to it I think I will have

Chicken breasts in ALOT of lemon juice, herbs, garlic and oil will have been marinated for 25h by the time I get back to them

Can I salvage them or is everyone going to think I’ve poisoned them with lemon floor cleaner?!

It's going to be delicious. Chill.

Be calm, make a non lemony marinade of oil and herbs (mint and parsley perfect with lemon). Wipe and give the chicken ten mins soaking in the cooling dressing.
Cook.
