Surgery tomorrow.. please help keep me calm!

Hello

So ive got surgery tomorrow. I'm going for a gastric sleeve!

I am so beyond nervous. Ive never had any kind of surgery before. And the part I'm most scared of is the anaesthetic! How silly 😂🤭

Can anybody help to keep my mind at ease?
