Grease like stains on clothes after washing

I’ve noticed whenever I wash jersey/cotton items in particular, they come out with what look like grease spots. I’m pretty sure the stains aren’t there before washing.
I wash coloured jersey/cotton at 60, use fairy powder.
Anyone else noticed this or know how to stop/treat it?
I’ve just had to wash some hoody’s/sweatshirts again as they looked like they had grease spots all over them, when they were freshly washed and dried!

I've noticed this as well, when I'm putting clothes away. It's mainly my plan cotton t shirts.

I just wash them again, but would like a solution.

I wonder if there is a laundry section to put this, purpledagger?
