Where are you.
Definitely Very gusty but I'm not sure if it's as bad as Friday for us in severity

RampantIvy · 20/02/2022 22:46

We have had a lot of rain, and the local rivers have all burst their banks (South Yorkshire).

MrsDThomas · 20/02/2022 22:46

Definitely for us. Snowdonia. Things are rattling tonight. They weren’t on Friday. Im very aware of wind and very use to it living on a mountain side.

Jeez what a terrible night! Definitely worse than Friday’s storm for us. Been awake since 3, power on and off, too dark to go out but I know things have blown away as i can hear them moving about!

Absolutely knackered and i need to go to work,😒😒😒

Yes but you're not down South so it doesn't matter.

MrsDThomas · 21/02/2022 07:04

😂 @Porfre

Hope its not too rough where you are

North east here and worse than Friday too.

Porfre · 21/02/2022 07:36

It's been really windy all not. Not got much sleep.

Its bin day today veen worried about the bins being thrown around.

Luckily it never gets really bad where I live. Fences all ok, roof and electricity ok.

AnyFucker · 21/02/2022 07:38

Sat and Sun night much worse here (NW)

HumbugWhale · 21/02/2022 07:41

Yes it has beenan awful night here (Midlands) and the rain yesterday was biblical! Definitely worse than Friday in this area.

YouMuckyDuck · 21/02/2022 07:47

I agree it was worse here too, SE

Yogurtpotofdoom · 21/02/2022 07:49

We're in Flintshire and it's been so much worse than Friday. My roof tiles are moving in the wind this morning!!

Definitely agree, it's Wales so no one on the news gives a shit.

cptartapp · 21/02/2022 07:50

NW here. Yep, much worse. Howling a gale and lashing it down since the early hours now.

Ecosralayce · 21/02/2022 07:51

also in S yorks and yes, much worse for us than Friday. Lots of local flooding. Wind horrendous this morning. Not looking froward to my drive into work shortly.

Dembones292 · 21/02/2022 08:24

Shropshire here. DS school was closed on Friday due to the storm and all we had was a bit of wind, last night was terrible and its still howling this morning.

NotMyDayJob · 21/02/2022 08:25

Northumberland, the rain and wind at about 4 this morning was biblical. I thought the roof would come off

SunnyKlara · 21/02/2022 08:25

Yep. Last Weds and last night much worse than Friday. But we aren't London so...

(West Midlands)

Sadbabysitter · 21/02/2022 08:26

Midlands here. Yesterday the rain was dreadful! Less wet today, but much more windy - I’m looking forward to getting out for a walk in it later!

Onionpatch · 21/02/2022 08:31

Its been much worse here too in my bit of the SE.

The flooding i am seeing from other areas looks horrific so any one affected has my sympathy.

Aposterhasnoname · 21/02/2022 08:32

Yes, coming into work this morning wax far hairier than Friday.

HTruffle · 21/02/2022 08:32

Awful here (Cheshire). Much more gusty winds than Friday. Neighbours entire fence has blown over and I’m worried how much our front door is rattling!

User135644 · 21/02/2022 08:33

Last night was. Weather has been dreadful here for weeks. Just constant strong winds and grey.

Lubeyboobyalt · 21/02/2022 08:33

Shropshire here up a stupid hill and very grumpy about it. Way worse than Eunice.

ComDummings · 21/02/2022 08:34

Worse where am I today as well, barely slept as it was so windy last night!

thesunwillout · 21/02/2022 08:51

Family in South Wales said last night really bad, I'm in South Devon and last night was worse than Friday.
Storm Franklin I read, last night, but on googling this morning it's not meant to be till today, starting in northern Ireland and Scotland and moving south.

To be honest I think it already started, as last night was surely the beginning?
