Extremely niche thread - AGA toast

I've googled. I cannot find an answer to this so MN help me out!

We are moving. I have an Aga at the moment; I love it and will miss it dreadfully (although won't miss the insane electricity bill!)

Aga toast is - I think - impossible to replicate. But am I wrong? Is there in fact a toaster out there that will make toast taste like it comes from the tennis racket?

Dualit toaster is close but not quite as good

I love this question! Dualit is the probably the closest.

Dualit was what I suspected as being a good second-place replacement so thank you for confirmation! (Although nothing will really replace the square-gridded crunchy outside/chewy inside heaven 😢)
