People fancy people. Amazing. People fancy fictional characters written to be attractive, portrayed by actors/actresses, many of whom have been cast precisely because they are sexually attractive and many of whom spend a lot of their time trying to be attractive off-screen as well as on-screen.

It wouldn't remotely occur to me to think it was unacceptable for a man or a woman to talk about which actors/characters they fancied. No double standards.
