How to get acquainted with people on here! Newbie

My good friend pointed me in the direction of this site today as i have some development issues with my DD who is 4 years old (i guess i will have to post about in a different place).

I am 39. Married for 6 years. Mum of one little cherub. Live in the NE of England.

Hi there :)

If you're on a computer you can opt into the special educational needs (which is the same as developmental worries etc) sections by going to talk > customise.

If you're on the app or mobile site you have to navigate to the section directly from the list of all sections.

Or you can post normally in parenting, development etc.

Avoid posting in the section called aibu/am I being unreasonable, unless you are feeling very strong of heart :o

Don't take people too seriously, some are probably on the wind up. But don't worry it's a bit like Hotel California once you get started...
