Is glandular fever doing the rounds?

Just seen a post from a friend whose 10 yo has glandular fever
I have woken up for the past three mornings with a sore throat that sort of gets better by the end of the day but then resets to sore on waking.

Looked last night it's all white with pus round my tonsils. 😩🤮

I had (mild ?omicron) covid about a month ago, and was v slow to recover.

Could this gf on top? 😮😭

That sounds like tonsillitis. You can have a blood test to tell you if you have glandular fever. I’d go to the doctor.
