I applied for child benefit by post before Xmas, heard nothing so applied online as well. Around the same time I applied for tax back due to work related outgoings.
When I go on the Government Gateway it shows 3 claims, but doesn’t identify which one is which, and all have been dealt with but I haven’t heard anything about any of them.
How long are these things taking now ?
