I have listed an electric keyboard. It’s in good condition except that 4 keys don’t work. I’m sure it’s easily fixed but I’ve put it on at a fairly low price as I can’t be bothered to get it fixed.
Someone has contacted me and offered cash to be sent to me via UPS and then he will have a courier collect it at his expense. He obviously needs my name and address and has asked for email address. Does this sound odd?

That's really odd and probably a scam.

Either

• cash on collection
• PayPal (goods and services, NEVER family & friends!) & post

Don't allow the combination of PayPal & collection either - that's another scam (buyer claims you were meant to send it & they never got it, PayPal refund them).

Think about it for a second. You're selling a keyboard with 4 keys that don't work! No-one above board would be very likely to get a courier collect that at their expense.
