51, on HRT, which vitamins should I take?

Just wanting to up my vitamin intake! I already take Well Woman 50... and a daily vit c and zinc... hearing lots of talk about iron, magnesium, etc etc etc... I think I'm typical 51 yo... knackered, overweight, anxious. What do you take that you could recommend??

I take iron (ferrous sulphate) and a very large dose of B12 for energy and cognition.

I know this might be a complete fantasy idea but is your GP any good on the subject of menopause and women's health, and approachable/ available?! If so an appointment might be wise to ensure any currently taken or planned supliments don't actually impair the function of your HRT.

Otherwise there's actually a menopause board on MN with some extremely knowledgeable posters.
