My dd is 11 . She's having a couple of sleep overs at her friend's house. They will probably go to the shops . Park etc. I know winds are picking up tomorrow. I'm not sure if I should tell her to come home ? They seem to name a breeze theses days and although it can be quite windy it's often not as bad as they say . So im not sure what to do . I'm in London.

Is this today or tomorrow?
Today yes go ahead. Tomorrow - wait to see what the Met Office says.

I'd let her go out if you're in London. If it's that windy and wet as forecast she probably won't be outside much so real risk is very low. It's not like she's driving a high sided vehicle or cycling.
