A show about a club and a virtual retirement

I watched a show last year but I can't remember the platform. It was either Apple, Netflix or maybe Amazon.

There was a woman following another woman around in a club through the decades. It turns out to be all in their heads via a retirement simulation and they're all elderly.

Does anyone have any clue what on earth I'm taking about? It was such a good show and I can't remember the name!

She is good but it was also very well received - won 2 emmys and 2 baftas.
An episode rather than a show, mind. Majority of Black Mirror is bleak as.

I absolutely loved but as @WorIdBookDaylsAFaff said it was a gorgeous rose amongst some seriously prickly thorns in a Black Mirror series so it really stuck in my head.
