My dd will be giving 11+ exams this year. She is a prep school already. I want to get your views on any tutors that could help her prepare?
Any recommendations will be highly appreciated. Google is not helping and I don't want to risk wasting dd's time. We are based in west London. Thanks!

Bonas Macfarlane should get you the right tutor.

If you are really serious that you want your dd to get into one of those top schools, then you really have to go to Royal Tutors. They are the ones most families go to in order to get top results.

I tried Royal Tutors today for 11+ tuition based on a recommendation from a family friend who had used them to get their son into Westminster a few years ago.The very nice person I spoke to on the phone said they are £90 an hour (no agency fee). HOWEVER, they are fully booked for the rest of the year as they get block booked out 'years in advance' by a small network of families and only have a few tutors. I was recommended the the resource package of past papers which was 50% off and probably enough papers to last a lifetime (the ones from Dulwich especially as they had papers with answer schemes I've never come across before).

I'm not surprised. Sorry they are fully booked out. That's the thing, really the very best tutors, the ones that get kids into the top schools are typically booked a minimum of one year in advance and often more. Royal is just one of those places that has the finest tutors.
