If they worked shorter days (mornings) because of a cancer diagnosis/treatment two years ago?

No I would not be annoyed.

An individuals work pattern is between them and HR.

People should mind their own business.

NeverTouchWarmPants · 16/02/2022 07:43

No, I would expect their health to come first and only say something to management if I was struggling with the work load. Nothing to do with them

@ImNotDancing

No, their work arrangements would be nothing to do with me
This !

No, because it’s NOMB why they work those hours

If it causes a problem to me or my team, I’d be annoyed with the team lead/manager.

rainbowandglitter · 16/02/2022 08:04

Well no, surely they'd be getting a part time wage too so doesn't make any difference

No. I would not know the impact that treatment may have had on them, ongoing trauma, hospital visits etc. Honestly, I would be glad there is a system in place like that at work. Cancer can happen to anyone.
