Our drinking glasses keep being dropped and smashing into smithereens, across the entire kitchen floor because the tiles are porcelain which has absolutely no give. Those of you with experience of Duralex Picardie glasses, do you think they are likely to stand this kind of abuse? And when they break, do they form those safer cubic fragments of glass like car windows? I'm thinking of buying the 310ml and 500ml sizes. Thank you for your help!
