I love salads and realised I haven't had one in ages, so want to get back into the habit of eating them for lunch (only way I manage to eat more fruit/veg). I usually just make a dressing of olive oil, balsamic vinegar, dijon mustard and garlic but I'd like to try some different ones.
Bonus points if:
- I don't need to use 5 million strange ingredients that will cost me a fortune.
- They're low calorie. I almost had a heart attack when I learned how many calories are in olive oil.
