Off the back of Reading another thread asking poster's biggest life regrets, I thought maybe we could share our butterfly moments 😊
Mine is the very spontaneous decision to move counties, dictated by where I got a job offer first. Applied for jobs in several different counties, interviewed for the first job (back in the day when interviews were in person) after a 2.5hr drive, got offered the job on my way home so cancelled the other interviews I had lined up.
Within 4 years of being here I have been put through qualifications which have allowed me to jump up 4 bands from where I started. I'd still be band 2 now if we hadn't moved.
Any others willing to share?
