Did you get engaged outside St Paul's 5 years ago today?

I was looking at my fb memories just now, and was reminded that we were in London 5 years ago. In the evening, we walked through Paternoster Square and had paused near the monument thing and saw a couple get engaged as the cathedral bells rang - we were too far away to hear, but he went down on one knee and everything. I often think of that couple - that's the only proposal I've ever seen and it was just so perfect!

I wonder if they're happily married now, with kids?

Nah got married there though 😂😂 I’m sure there are people with me on there phone wondering who the famous people were getting married at St Paul’s 😂😂

You got married there?! How come? Does one of you work there or song in the choir or something?

I saw someone propose at the top of the Empire State Building in 2019, that was pretty cool.

My ex’s stepdad had the OBE that allows you to get married in one of the chapels there
You can get photos in the main cathedral though
