So I put some chicken thighs out on the side to start defrosting (our freezer is insane and they were so frozen they were in a block) and meant to shove them in the fridge an hour later, and completely forgot about them till this morning.
To make it worse they were under the boiler all night!
They were still frozen in the middle, but the outsides were room temperature when I got to them.
I need to chuck the bloody things don't I?
