He was giving our little girl her breakfast when he suddenly sat down next to me and apologised for not being romantic very often. He got down on one knee and asked me to marry him. I stupidly thought he was joking and was laughing bur he wasn't joking 
Obviously I said yes! We've been through so much in the four years we've been together. We lost twins in the second trimester then had a second set of twins born four months early. Our daughter survived after over 7 months in hospital but our little boy passed away at four days old. We've been through loads besides. I adore him and he's a wonderful partner and father. We have another baby on the way too.
We haven't told anyone yet! Our families don't even know I'm pregnant (12 weeks). So we have a double dose of news when the time is right.
