Experience of Morrison’s delivery via Amazon?

I have used this service before without any problems. Today I ordered a delivery for 4-6pm and it hasn’t arrived… I’m not sure what to do now. How late after the delivery slot are they likely to turn up, if you’ve experience a late delivery?

Can I cancel? It would be a pain but I have to get up at 4am so I don’t want to wait much longer.

What does your tracking say on amazon? Did you get a "dispatched" notification this afternoon?

Normally very good you get text to say packing then text to say on its way. Then you can track on Amazon app on the map. Cancel it yes. Most mine come in regular cars so not proper frozen cold vans. But literally leave and maybe one or two drops till mine.

I rang customer services at 7.30. They said the delivery was packed but they couldn’t allocate a driver, so could be waiting until the last delivery slot of 11pm to see if they could find a driver.

I cancelled the order. Money will be back in my account within 5 days. Not ideal, as I will still need to go and do the shop tomorrow in person. I don’t think I’ll use this service again unfortunately.
