Where can I buy nice cheap cushions

GraciousPiglet · 13/02/2022 12:03

I need to buy lots of cushions - around 10-12. Varying shapes and sizes and designs but ones that all go together.

It's for my kids rooms so cheap and cheerful.

I'll go to homesense to look and also Primark, but any other ideas for places where I can buy nice cheap cushions? I can get to an IKEA if need be but would rather not as it's a little way away and I know I'll end up buying loads of other bits too 🤣.

I'm happy to buy covers and inners separately if that works out best. In which case, cheap cushion inners would be good!

Range

MrsTophamHat · 13/02/2022 12:06

The Range have a lot of choice

UncomfortableSilence · 13/02/2022 12:08

B&M, Home Bargains, The Range, TK Max. Home Sense is my favourite, B&M near me is huge and probably cheapest and always has a huge choice.

Asda

PostThenGhost · 13/02/2022 12:24

I was going to say Asda.

Argos have a sale. Can’t get cheaper than £2.10

George at Asda can be good and sometimes have multi-purchase offers (3 for 2 etc.) Also H&M are nice and budget-friendly.

AudTheDeepMinded · 13/02/2022 12:41

Ebay?

tinyperson · 13/02/2022 12:59

Try Dunelm.

FlowerArranger · 13/02/2022 13:03

Charity shops?
Make your own out of old curtains or fabric remnants?

Crackercrazy · 13/02/2022 13:03

Wilko. I sell cushions (I make covers) and use these as the fillers.

Dimondsareforever · 13/02/2022 13:04

Matalan

Crackercrazy · 13/02/2022 13:05

Although if you want inexpensive complete cushions I’d also go with Asda (and IKEA). Home sense if you want to spend a bit more.

Thiswayorthatway · 13/02/2022 13:09

B&Q had some decent ones for a fiver when I was there this morning

pinkcattydude · 13/02/2022 13:12

George Asda have fantastic adult and child visions £3-6
ButtockUp · 13/02/2022 16:23

The trouble with cheap cushions is that they 'ball up' inside and get lumpy quickly. The inserts also get mis-shapen so that they no longer sit squarely inside the covers.
You end up having to keep taking the inserts out to plump and straighten.

Dunelm cushions seem to have that 'Dunelm crackle' whereby the cheaper and thicker ends of feathers are used .
