Going on holiday to Turkey?

Hi. We’re hoping to book a holiday to Antalya in Turkey in early July. A hotel resort. We will be travelling with a 6 month old baby, 2 yr old, 9 yr old, 12 yr old and 16 yr old. What is it like there at the moment please? What will the weather be like in early July? Must face masks be worn at all times? On the resort premises? What about on the beach? I understand the rules etc may change. Thanks for any tips

i dont know current rules to do with covid but it will be hot in july

I'm going in June I expect whatever rules are in place now will have changed. I've not even checked the rules as I don't see the point. My only advice is make sure you have holiday insurance 😄

It will very hot, perfect for a pool/beach based holiday.

When I was there recently you had to show your HES code (a QR code on your phone which you get as part of your passenger locator form) on entry to large shopping centres, etc. Masks were also compulsory in shopping centres etc but not in public places. But that was in December. Keep a look out on the website above for changes.

Will be very hot in July - could be up to 40 degrees

I think currently you legally are supposed to wear masks whenever you are moving around but I don't think it is being enforced outside.

I usually go in May/June and September/October and it is high 20s

It will be really hot then, we love turkey but went April/may time with DD. Personally wouldn't got july/august as too hot

Love Turkey. July will be hot but presumably the kids will be in the pool or sea most of the time so will be fine. I'd buy the rash vest tops to protect them.

For the baby I'd take a very small inflatable paddling pool (like large hula hoop size) that you can fill up with a bucket and they can sit and splash in the shade.
