11yo DD makes me watch the Masked Singer which I can just about tolerate without too much sensory overload… but I’ve just been to pour (another) glass of wine and have walked into Jason Manford and Olly Murs (with a weird hair do) plus others belting out Tina Turner.

Also, I keep seeing adverts for Ant and Dec’s Friday Night Takeout.

Are they all filmed in the same studio with the same rotating set of guests?

Roll on DDs bed time.

Haha, I phoned my Mum earlier - thought to myself 'there's absolutely nothing they'll be watching, as Sat night TV is rubbish, so I'll give her a quick call'; when she answered she sounded disappointed in having to chat and said 'oh, we're watching the Masked Singer' 😆😆😆

Masked Singer is just weird. But I watch it with my 10 year old. I actually quite liked Starstruck but the whole camera work and visual effects seem to be the same as in Masked Singer! I think she’ll want to watch Ant & Dec next week so will see what that’s like. We’ve only watched BBC on a Saturday night before so this was all a bit new and flashy!
