Restaurant voucher? Lovely wine / champagne if they like those. Voucher for big department store. Definitely not household items that they'll probably already have.

mindutopia · 12/02/2022 10:41

Definitely cash.

Comedycook · 12/02/2022 10:43

Voucher for a restaurant

mdh2020 · 12/02/2022 10:43

amazon, Theatre or dining voucher. we went to one wedding where they asked for specific board games.

Rainbowqueeen · 12/02/2022 10:44

Restaurant voucher. I’d drink a toast to you while I enjoyed my meal.
Or a garden voucher

MintyGreenDream · 12/02/2022 10:51

Restaurant voucher is a good idea!

Hamper

TwoBigNoisyBoys · 12/02/2022 10:56

Bottle of champagne and the rest of the budget in a gift card? Restaurant voucher for somewhere near them also a nice idea.
Tbh I’d probably put a £50 note in a nice card, and if they’ve got everything they need, that’s probably what they’re hoping people will do anyway 😄

An antique platter or wine glasses in a style you know they like.
