Strong Braxton hicks at 30 weeks.

Does anyone remember if strong braxton hicks at nearly 30 weeks are normal? Overdid it a bit today, but its been pretty much constant since late afternoon, even tho have been pretty much sitting on the sofa since 3 pm.
I have kids already but cant remember being this uncomfortable this early on.

I had Braxton Hicks from 21 weeks.

I had them at about 20 weeks, scared the life out of me. He's a strapping six foot lad now.

Hope they’ve calmed down. Came on to say I had strong braxtons at 29+6 and ended up having a spontaneous labour leading to my ds so please get checked out if they are still going

Thank you. Been on n off through the night , seem to have stopped now. But was quite uncomfortable, might go get checked out if it happens again. Hope your ds was ok in the end.

Mine always start incredibly early. And last for hours rather than the few minutes advertised online. Find them very inconvenient.
