I need to advertise for a skilled but manual role. I'm willing to pay better than average for the role and with much better hours than industry standard.
Despite this, due to being on the South Coast, there is an extreme shortage (tbh probably nationally)
However it's a beautiful part of the world and house prices near where my business is are reasonable for the area. (About 45 minutes drive from the sea) and great schools etc
So I want to advertise nationwide, what method have people used when advertising or looking for jobs. Thanks
