I've never tried curry in the slow cooker but would like to!

This recipe is amazing:

If you scroll down to the bottom of the page it gives you the slow cooker version 😋

Just made that curry @PollyCreo and it was indeed amazing.
I added spoonful of coconut milk and a spoonful of mango chutney and it was scoffed down by everyone.

Glad you enjoyed it @malovitt! I can't cook beef for love nor money usually two disastrous attempts at stifado in the slow cooker but I made that curry for a dinner party and guests were almost licking their plates ShockGrin

I'm making this bad boy tonight:

@lucysmam did you find a recipe?

My kids like this.....chopped onions, chopped peppers/carrots, 500g shin beef or other stewing beef, 1 jar rogan josh sauce (pataks) or similar. Add to the pot and stir, cook on high 5 to 6 hours. About an hour before serving add tomatoes chopped into wedges and chopped spinach. This recipe easily doubles in our slow cooker so I can freeze a few portions for another time. (I'm sure there are more complicated versions.....but this works for a weeknight tea!)

I have the recipe you linked on my list to try @PollyCreo. I've not done a shop yet since posting so need to buy the beef & a couple of the spices.
