Ways to build up stamina post covid and depression?

I had covid about a month ago
Nothing drastic. No hospitalisation
But god I am knackered
All the time
Don't have any oomph at all
Feel like I have spent the last two years swimming through treacle
I know I am not the only one

How can I build up my daily capacity to do stuff? I am mid 40s, size 16 bmi 29 and should be a lot more dynamic than I currently feel which is frankly akin to a slug.

Hope you feel better soon op. I feel wretched although I can't pinpoint why.

Sorry to hear you are in the same boat. Am waiting for blood test results.

I am going for my blood test next week. I told the doctor that Covid-ish symptoms kept returning every so often; a bit of nausea, fatigue, the shivers, headache, but randomly and not all at once. It's so strange. And she said that that wasn't unusual and quite a few patients had been saying the same thing. This is quite separate to long Covid btw, as apart from fatigue, I feel ok in myself in between.

I hope your blood tests are ok and maybe give a clue as to what is wrong.
