Would you like this as a gift after having a baby.

My friend has not long had a baby and am thinking instead of a traditional baby gift. I will get her a box of goodies and easy snacks while she's breastfeeding? I have already got her a baby gift at the baby shower.

Vegan chocolate is definitely a thing, I see it for sale everywhere!

Great idea, unless you have any reason to think she has issues with disordered eating. (I do and found gifts like this difficult).

Yes! My friend sent me a chocolate hamper after I had dc3 and it was the best thing I've ever received post partum!

It's thoughtful. I wouldn't have liked it personally, as I'm picky about what I like, but DH could probably have eaten most of the snacks. I'd prefer a nice bottle of fizz that can be put away until whenever I fancy some.

Nope no disordered eating at all Confused
Chocolate isn't something she's overly keen on I know what things she likes so hopefully it will go down well as a nice gift am thinking maybe a bung in the quick type meal homemade aswell. Maybe a lentil ragu so only need to cook the pasta.

My baby is nearly 3 weeks old so I remember what everyone did for us very well. My brother and his wife bought us a lot of treats, my sister made a cake and a lovely dinner for us, MIL bought us some ready meals to fill the freezer with - these were all very much appreciated!! Do it! Smile
