Do I warn/apologise to neighbours?

We're planning on night weaning my LO over the next few days (hopefully only takes a few anyway) and I'm aware that means probably quite a lot of tears.. We'll be holding/cuddling/distracting where we can but I think crying is inevitable. Did you/should I tell my neighbours? Or buy them a bottle of wine or something?
They're probably late 20s, no children, have been pleasant enough and we haven't had any noise complaints from them (or we haven't had a need to complain about them, they've had parties but finish pretty early usually). We smile and say hi but haven't chatted before.. I have a tendency to overthink these things!! We're starting tonight which I know isn't ideal as it's Thursday and they may have work tomorrow but LO isn't at childcare tomorrow and he goes back on Monday so hopefully by Sunday night he will be sleeping better 😬

I wouldn't bother warning the neighbours. You don't know ho LO will react. It may be one night or a week of crying. Just buy them an Easter egg or something.
